Project Overview
Relawan Indonesia plays a critical role in disaster management by coordinating thousands of volunteers nationwide. The organization needed a reliable, secure, and highly available system to manage volunteer deployment, track logistics, and facilitate real-time communication during emergencies. Ensuring the privacy and integrity of volunteer data was of paramount importance.
As an IT specialist supporting the initiative, my focus was on infrastructure resilience and data security. I implemented role-based access controls (RBAC) to secure the volunteer database, conducted vulnerability assessments on their coordination platform, and set up encrypted communication channels. My efforts helped ensure that relief operations could proceed smoothly without the risk of system downtime or data breaches during critical disaster response windows.
